Leadership

Leadership during eras of rapid technological and societal shifts requires increased attention towards development of one’s true potential. Whether you are a recent university graduate trying to find a meaningful work experience or an accomplished business executive learning to adapt to the shifting contexts of the global marketplace, the effective individual continually acts to develop not only the skills required but also realizes the importance of continued self learning.

Self learning involves a process of understanding how one’s behaviors affects the choices and decisions one makes and in developing those skills which allow us to relate better---etc--achieving personal life goals including learning to become an ‘active listener’, improving stress management, life/work balance and learning how to empower others to achieve optimal functioning in your organization.
