Richard A. Hahn, MD, career and development specialist has over l2 years of experience in team building and organizational development. He has worked in health care, public education and university systems. In his role as an educational consultant, he has served as a resource to school administrators as well as with programs servicing special needs children. He presently serves as the consulting Psychiatrist to Vassar College and is a member of MIT’s Educational Council where he assists with college recruitment efforts for students interested in pursuing admission to MIT.

As a coach and consultant, Dr. Hahn draws his intellectual foundation from systems theory and the thought leaders from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He brings a profound awareness of multicultural issues relevant to organizations and innately understands the importance of self development in helping individuals and organizations achieve growth.

Dr. Hahn received his bachelor of science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his Doctor of Medicine from NY Medical College. Thereafter he completed residency and advanced fellowship training at NY Presbyterian Hospital. He maintains a clinical practice specializing in Pediatric and School Psychiatry. 

By integrating his skills as a physician and consultant, Dr. Hahn brings a unique perspective towards the practice of coaching and organizational development. He has leveraged the power of behavioral medicine in appreciating those factors which lead to true growth, balance and optimal performance.
